At BST Enterprises, we deal in curated fashion products, including limited-quantity and pre-owned items, so all purchases are subject to the policy below. By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these terms.

1. General Policy

We aim to deliver each order exactly as shown and described. However, because our products may include curated, branded, and limited-stock items, returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted only in specific cases approved by BST Enterprises.

We do not provide open-ended returns for preference-based reasons. A refund or replacement will only be considered where the delivered product is materially defective, damaged in transit, or clearly different from the item actually ordered.

2. Return Request Window

If the customer receives a wrong item, damaged item, or defective item, the customer must notify BST Enterprises within 2 calendar days of delivery.

Any complaint raised after 48 hours from confirmed delivery may be treated as expired and may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund. This time limit is necessary because fashion products can be used, altered, or damaged after delivery, making verification difficult.

3. Valid Reasons for Return Review

A return request will only be reviewed if it falls under one of the following:

  • The customer received the wrong product.

  • The customer received a product with a major defect not disclosed at the time of sale.

  • The customer received an item that was physically damaged during shipping.

  • The delivered product is materially different from the confirmed order.

Submission of a request does not automatically mean the return is approved. All requests are subject to verification and final approval by BST Enterprises.

4. Proof Required from Customer

To review any claim, the customer must provide all of the following:

  • Order number

  • Full name and contact details

  • Clear photos of the outer package

  • Clear photos of the product received

  • Clear photos/videos showing the claimed defect or issue

  • Unboxing video, if available

  • Message sent within the required 2-day reporting period

BST Enterprises reserves the right to reject incomplete, unclear, altered, or suspicious claims.

5. Product Condition for Return Eligibility

If BST Enterprises approves a return review, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup marks, stains, or body odor

  • Returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories, if applicable

Any returned item showing signs of wear, washing, ironing, damage, or misuse after delivery may be rejected.

6. Cases Where Return or Refund Will Not Be Accepted

To avoid misuse, BST Enterprises does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The customer does not like the color, finish, texture, or feel of the product.

  • There is a minor color variation caused by lighting, editing, photography, phone screen settings, or monitor display differences.

  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • The product does not suit personal preference, styling expectations, or occasion needs.

  • The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.

  • The item fits differently than expected but matches the stated details.

  • The customer claims the item looks different in person, but the variation is not material.

  • The product was purchased during sale, clearance, liquidation, promotional offer, or marked Final Sale.

  • The item shows normal characteristics of fabric, texture, finishing, or handcrafted variation that are not defects.

  • The return request is raised after 2 days of delivery.

For clarity, color mismatch, slight tone variation, and expectation mismatch are not valid reasons for refund.

7. Pre-Owned / Curated Item Disclaimer

Where products are pre-owned, resale, vintage, thrifted, or curated, customers understand and accept that minor signs consistent with the nature of such products may exist unless otherwise stated. Such characteristics do not automatically qualify as defects.

BST Enterprises makes reasonable efforts to present items accurately, but customers are expected to read descriptions, view images carefully, and understand the nature of curated and limited-stock fashion goods before purchasing.

8. Approval Process

Once a complaint is received, BST Enterprises will review the request internally. We may:

  • Ask for additional pictures or videos

  • Ask the customer to share packaging evidence

  • Ask the customer to return the product for inspection

  • Reject the request if the claim does not meet our policy criteria

The final decision regarding whether a claim qualifies for replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or rejection shall remain solely with BST Enterprises after inspection.

9. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, BST Enterprises will inform the customer of the return instructions. In approved cases, we may either arrange a pickup or ask the customer to ship the item back to us.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing:

  • The customer may be required to bear return shipping charges initially.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are generally non-refundable.

  • If the return is rejected after inspection, the item may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

10. Refund Method

If BST Enterprises approves a refund, the refund may be issued in one of the following forms, depending on the case:

  • Replacement of the same product, if available

  • Store credit

  • Exchange for another item

  • Refund to the original payment method

BST Enterprises reserves the right to choose the most appropriate remedy depending on product availability, order value, condition of returned item, and nature of the complaint.

11. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, are usually processed within 3 to 14 working days from the date the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Bank processing times, payment gateway timelines, and international transaction delays may vary and are outside our control.

12. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are generally non-refundable unless otherwise decided by BST Enterprises in writing:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Express shipping fees

  • Customs duties or import charges

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Packaging or handling charges

  • Return shipping costs

13. Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed may not always be cancelled, especially if they have already been processed, packed, dispatched, or prepared for shipment.

BST Enterprises reserves the right to deny cancellation requests after order processing begins. If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any payment gateway or transaction charges may still be deducted.

14. Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

BST Enterprises reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future service in cases involving:

  • Repeated suspicious complaints

  • False claims

  • Swapped products

  • Used items returned as unused

  • Missing tags or packaging

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Any attempt to misuse the policy

15. Contact for Claims

All return or refund-related issues must be reported through our official customer support channels within 2 days of delivery. The customer should include complete order details and all required supporting evidence at the time of reporting.
